246 Queen is a revitalised office building in the heart of the CBD. Founders Group engaged us to create a series of renders so that they could tenant the high-end office space.
This particular tenancy is currently a bare shell with exposed ceilings and a raw concrete floor; rather than model the detailed mechanical services and industrial surfaces, our team photographed the tenancy from the three key angles, then composited the 3D content into the photographs.
The furniture and fitout present this as a large, light-filled, contemporary office that would appeal to design-focused businesses.
