Oyster Capital entrusted us with the creation of an animation aimed at effectively marketing the lots within Spedding or the entire development block. Their objective was to capture the strategic location, the thriving growth story of the North-West region, and the pioneering initiatives in sustainability, technology, and well-being that position Spedding as a world-leading industrial precinct.
We meticulously crafted the script, engaged professional voice talent for recording, and developed a comprehensive storyboard to guide the animation process. By modelling the entire precinct from scratch, we ensured attention to detail in every aspect, including the buildings and the inclusion of cutting-edge elements such as Tesla semi-trucks, drone deliveries, and e-bike docks, all of which visually reinforce the technology and sustainability aspects. The result is a compelling video tailored to resonate with global executives and boards.
