Ten Twenty One is aptly named for the Ponsonby post code in which it resides. As a development, it is undeniably Ponsonby with its textured brick facades and sophiticated architecture from Ponting Fitzgerald Architects. As with many homes in the suburb, the homes don’t give much away to the street but are extremely well appointed with internal garage, feature stair and swimming pool.
