Elm Remuera marked One to One Hundred's second collaboration with Cooper & Associates and Clearwater Construction, following the success of Outlook. This ambitious undertaking called for the creation of an extensive render set, showcasing the diverse array of apartment options and amenities housed within the building. Working closely with the talented Map+ Architects and Interior Designer, Gretl Lukas, our team ensured a cohesive visual narrative that authentically captured the essence of the final design.
Elm Remuera featured unique additions to the render set in the form of the garage, scullery, and hallway. These visuals served to highlight unexpected features and intricate details, enhancing the overall appeal of the project.
This project is now completed and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on all who experience it.
