Waipapa is a boutique development of 18 luxury apartments nestled in the seaside village of Mairangi Bay. One to One Hundred was engaged to produce a marketing set of 3D visualisations for this exciting Herbst Maxcey Metropolitan Architects design. These images have a strong sense of place due to an impressive level of site modelling around Beach Road and the community park off Sidmouth Street.
