A site to behold
XXXII is a boutique development of 10 luxury residences positioned on the elevated northern slopesof St Mary's Bay, offering uninterrupted views from Auckland City to the Waitakere Ranges. Developed by Maidstone Properties in collaboration with Paul Brown & Associates, the project required a brand that would resonate with the affluent, discerning buyers drawn to this tightly held suburb.
The challenge was communicating the exclusivity of the development while honouring the sophisticated character of St Mary's Bay. The elevated site provided exceptional views, but the brand needed to convey both the physical elevation and the aspirational lifestyle the development represented.
