Fletcher Living embarked on a multi-year plan to build 1,500 homes on a former quarry site in Three Kings — one of Auckland's most ambitious residential developments. The challenge was communicating the scale and vision of this transformational project to potential buyers visiting an undeveloped site with limited visual cues.
Our brief involved creating a central storytelling hub within Fletcher Living's on-site display suite that could evolve throughout the project's duration. Traditional sales approaches were insufficient for conveying the magnitude of this community-building initiative and the site's remarkable transformation from quarry to thriving neighbourhood.
