A legacy project

The Juliet is a boutique 28-apartment development by Core City Group, positioned strategically across from North Shore Hospital and walking distance to Smales Farm. As a family-runc ompany's legacy project — named after the granddaughter, daughter, and niece of the directors — the development required a brand that would reflect both the exceptional location and the personal pride invested in the project.

Our challenge was creating a brand identity that would appeal to diverse buyers, from healthcare professionals seeking convenient living to investors targeting the employment hub location. The development needed to stand out in Milford's competitive market while honouring the family heritage behind the project.
